Martin is now the Principal Consultant at Exzellent Profis which focus on training and industrial consultation in the field of Media and Technology to enhance the knowledge and skills of the future workforce. He is developing E-Learning and Remote Training concepts and conduct those session to a wide audience worldwide.

He was a Technical Manager at IME Group of Companies with the development of technical training, products, services. Leading an engineering team of 10 engineers to develop local and cost-effective solution for the implementation of Industry 4.0 in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

He had the experience in R&D development in Romstar with the development of the first calliper inspection tool in Malaysia for the Oil and Gas Industry. Also has been a Group Leader for R&D at Voith Paper Products and Services with the development and improvement of various products such as Wire Tension Measurement Device, Stretcher, Wire Guide, Stabilizer and others. He started his employment journey from the Product Development and Management Trainee Programme at Voith Paper with the development of different products and services. 

He was given the opportunity to develop training and seminar content during the university studies to bring in digital components inside the classroom (Pre-student thesis 2005). He also had the experience in deciding about production method and tolerancing to achieve a certain budget and optimize designs towards an optimal ratio between functionality and cost. Create technical drawings and documentation from scratch and by hand as a technical draughtsman.
