KC See is the Vice-president for International Union of Professional Trainers. He is pioneer in learning and development in South East Asia, having started the Quest Group in 1984 growing it to a regional training, coaching and consulting Group with operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China-Shanghai and China- Hong Kong.
He has carried out training, coaching and consulting work in 21 countries from as far east as Korea to as far west as Poland. He works closely with the International Professional Managers Association, UK. (IPMA, UK); and has been appointed as Management Board Member for Asia. A well sought-after International Trainer who has trained and mentored more than 1400 professional trainers across Asia under the IPMA- International Certified Professional Trainers program, having helped many organizations including some of the largest across Asia to improve performance, productivity and profits.
KC is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and was awarded a Marketing qualification from Australia. He had his initial training at Ernst & Young before embarking on a successful career in accounting.
He was appointed as the Executive Coach for C-level executives of various organizations including Wacker China and Daimler China, having done coaching for top management in Nokia (China), Intel Penang and others.
