What is the IUPT Asia Pacific Trainers Award 2022?
The IUPT Asia Pacific Trainers Awards is the International Recognition for the field of human capital development. It is awarded by the International Union of Professional Trainers (IUPT) Asia Pacific Centre.
The Awards was introduced by IUPT Asia Pacific to recognise trainers that have contributed significantly to the field of human resource development in their organisation and at the international level.

Step 2 : Email us at awards@iuptasiapacific.com your completed form together with supporting documents.
Who are the judges? and how are they chosen?
The judges comprise leading industry experts who have been chosen based on their experience in the learning and development industry. Our Chief Judge will be Isidora Karadimitriou, NeuroTechniques Sales Trainer from Greece. Other Judges include Kolonel Bersekutu (PA) Datuk Abdul Malik bin Abdullah, Managing Director of D’Tandoor Group and Nadiah Tan Abdullah, Chief Human Resources Officer of S P Setia Berhad.
When will the Awards Ceremony be held?
The awards ceremony will be held on 28th October 2022.
What is the deadline for submitting the proposal?
Submissions must be made strictly before or on 15 October 2022 by 5:30pm, using the Nomination Form. This must be accompanied by relevant supporting information or documents. Submissions after the deadline will be rejected.

Who can submit a nomination to the Award 2022?
Training Organisation or Professional Trainer who have fulfilled the (3) three criteria below are eligible to participate in these Awards:
i. Training Organisation/Professional Trainer that is still actively carrying out a professional practice offering training services for client with minimum 150 training hours per annum
ii. Have not been previously convicted on charges of breaching honour and honesty, unless he/she is rehabilitated.
iii. Pay the required fees per nomination submitted (comes with 1 VIP ticket to IUPT Conference).
What happens to my nomination after you receive it?
Upon receipt of your proposal, it will be checked carefully through the pre-qualifying process. If you qualify, the proposal will be evaluated by IUPT Asia Pacific internal panels for the shortlist. Shortlisted participants will need to go through a 1hour Interview session with the panel of judges.
How and when will I be notified of my application status?
The secretariat will notify you via email, following the evaluation process, if you are shortlisted or not. Shortlisted participants are required to attend a 1-hour Zoom Interview with the fellow judges.
Are there any charges imposed to participate in the IUPT Asia Pacific Trainers Award 2022?
